Maggot found in Tennis Biscuits

I bought a packet of Tennis Biscuits in he week (EXP- 18/07/2024). The Kids and myself ate the biscuits and now at the bottom of the packet I find a Maggot!!! I have no idea if there were other maggots on any of the biscuits whilst the kids ate them or not but this is totally unacceptable! This can cause serious health hazards. Surely this does not meet health and safety regulations.
