Insects in two sealed packs of tennis biscuit

I had purchased a few packs of tennis biscuit from pick n pay westwood durban. Upon opening of the packs the biscuits were fresh however there were tons of insects embedded in it. I opened a second pack and it was the same. <br> <br> It was a really disgusting sight as it could never have come from the outside as the biscuit packs were sealed nd biscuits still fresh. <br> <br> So how did the insects get in??????<br> <br> Very disappointed and disgusted!!!
