IN GREAT PAIN

In about April I had a romany cream it broke half my tooth off and bakers refused to fix it there wasnt much I could so I left it months later I am in extreme pain and I cant sleep but they wont even get me some pain meds or a dentist im scared it gets infected then what do I do cause I cant afford a dentist.
