Eetsumor's chocolate mistake

Bakers biscuits made eetsumor chocolate chip flavor, which is terrible. Bakers biscuits, as a company, is wonderful but this particular flavor is awful and I needed to share that. They taste stale, and unlike chocolate or the shortbread combination that they advertise. Since eetsumors are so yummy, I was sure my box had expired but when I checked, it hadn't.

If possible, I would like to return my packet and get my money's worth?
