Dissapointed

I'm totally disgusted by bakers biscuits so about a month ago I purchased a box of snacker bread provitas. I opened the box only to find the crackers are all disfigured not broken you can see that it was a bad batch so I contacted them via Facebook explained everything attached pictures and I'm reimbursed with a r25. Wow r25 the box does not even retail for that amount secondly my time is being and petrol being wasted having to drive up and down and having to stand in queues especially during this lockdown period and you reimburse me r25 I'm truly disgusted. Years and years of support to your brand and your apology is r25
