Complaint sent, no response to date!

I sent a complaint email on the 4th of September to the ********** email address. I included the photos of the biscuits that was covered in a horrid grey substance and requested them to look into it as my toddler eats it and we hardly ever check the biscuits as we always assume it is safe to eat, but thankfully, this time I checked and had to throw away the pack due to the biscuits sticking together from the icky substance! I guess due to the fact that they still make their money Bakers don't care about customer service!
