Burnt marie biscuits with uneducated customer service agents

I had purchased 10 packets of marie biscuits from checker hyper gateway Durban as my baby boy has it as a cereal. When he refused to eat them I noticed the color, it looked burned and when I tasted it, it also tasted burnt. I then tried to contact the consumer care line where I spoke to someone by the name of Shakita. She asked me for a picture with all the 10 packets in 1 picture which I had sent through. I also sent the pictures where the biscuit itself looks burnt. She had called me saying that she doesn't see the packets open and went on about the whole story as if it was **** and as if she was solving a ******** case. She was rude and spoke over me.

What has become of bakers? I have been eating these biscuits for years and I feel that the quality and standards have dropped drastically. Now I will think twice before I pick a bakers biscuit of the shelf.
