Burnt eet sum mor bakers biscuits

The R18.99 eet sum mor biscuits were burnt. After I reported it to the customer care they gave me an insulting refund. The next thing I'm getting an attitude from Olivia, Belinda and Tric when I tell them that I'm not satisfied with this refund and the way they are handling my complaint. I received a bad customer service from them, getting frustrated on me.
