Broken Provita biscuits

On going problems with broken Provita multgrain biscuits for about the last year. Went to the trouble to take macro pictures indicating a product failure thinking I would be assisting them to resolve the problem. E mailed them twice to "snackworks" , no answer, not even an acknowledgement. This indicates that they have no interest in the consumers assistance'to improve their product.
