Bakers Web Site does not show Mission and vision or core values.

I requested the Vision and mission statements with the company core values which are usually displayed on company websites from Bakers. And a customer care consultant informed me that this is IP that cannot be shared. Yes, it is IP, but it is shared with the public to: "A Mission Statement defines the company's business, its objectives and its approach to reach those objectives.
