Bakers Royal Creams with an exclusive Plastic inside

I am so disgusted with finding a plastic in the Bakers Royal creams. I raised a complaint last year and their customer service is appalling. They took like over 6 months to investigate without offering any sort of compensation at all. This could have caused serious long term health issues and they failed to address my complaint to my satisfaction. I will never buy Bakers again!!!
