Bakers kept their promise

I bought Bakers Bacon Kips and Salticracks and found almost half of the packets broken. I emailed them just to inform them, not expecting anything because it was not the quality of the product that was a problem. i have seen stores throwing boxes of stock around when packing on the shelves. I did not have my slip to return the biscuits to Checkers at N1 city anymore.<br> I got an email and phone call to hear my story, as well as 2 vouchers for replacement biscuits.
