Baker's compliant

On the ***0 I opened a pack of bakers biscuits and I ate the first biscuit then the second one while chewing I felt a hard substance I continue to chew only to find out that I am chewing an artificial nail. I then with the help of my son called bakers to lodge a complain then then advice that they will sent someone to collect the faulty pack and investigate. They where quite for nearly a month I then called them to find out the outcome of the investigation was then advice that someone call me.yes they did call only to ge told that they have done investigation and they advice that nobody is using artificial nails. I then advised that I am not happy with the outcome that means that they are thinking I am lying I chewed that nail only to be told that none of their staff member is having artificial nail. I strongly feel that Bakers has failed me as a consumer please help me .
