Bakers Biscuits Swift Response

I had a complaint logged via email with Bakers regarding a foreign product that I found in one of the 6 pack packages. The response I received was very professional and I was kept in the loop of everything including the whole investigation that had taken place although the object was in the bigger pack and not inside the mini packs. This team made sure that the complaint was dealt with diligently until resolution. The Complaints Consultant was the best, she deserves to be recognized
