bakers biscuits dissapointing

bakers biscuits are gone so expensive plus not worth buying anymore- its either an ingredient that's missing because the biscuit just crumbles. furthermore the biscuits are so flaky that the packaging they use is not right for the biscuits . i opened a lemon cream yesterday and 5 was broken from the top. send an email but no response. i purchased 3 packets and hoping the others are not broken as well. please keep up to your standard as we are paying an arm and leg for the taste and its nothing like it used to be.
