Bakers Biscuits, best taste and BEST service too

In November I complained about the quality of a pack of Blue label Marie biscuits that I had bought at Checkers Hyper in Forest Hill, Centurion earlier that month. The biscuits were very dry and the quality was not satisfying at all. Within a short space of my complaint to the company I received feed back and the service was EXCELLENT from the very beginning. The consultants whom I was communicating with through the phone and via e-mail were very humble and they paid attention to what I had to say. Such friendly people. It's a pitty I forgot their names. But I'm sure the company will be able to trace who attended to Mr Teboho Ketsise's complaint. A few weeks later I received a voucher for two packs of Marie biscuits, compliments of SNACKWORKS. I went to Checkers Hyper Forest Hill again to redeem the voucher and this time the Marie biscuits tasted exactly like the good Marie biscuits I've always known. Compliments to Bakers biscuits. I give you guys 5 thumbs up for not only the best biscuits, but the best service too.
