BAKERS AND SHOPRITE SELL EXPIRED GOODS TO CUSTOMERS

I purchased gossips from the store on the 25/04 from Shoprite davenport and it was expired for the 24/05. the biscuit was stale and tasted terrible .I received a call from BAKERS A WELL REPUTATABLE COMPANY that they cant do anything and provide feedback because the biscuit was expired. how do u allow a store to sell us expired tings. why isn't bakers reps checking the store and stock on the shelf. this is disgusting that a company like BAKERS and SHOPRITE provide such pathetic services.
