Rude lady at the reception.

This is the worst funeral parlour ever. The lady at the reception is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining how the policy works,she asked you to read it for yourself. She has bad attitude towards the clients. She doesn't even give you the chance to speak, because only her must speak. Never seen someone so rude towards the client.
