Useless Customer service

After numerous failed attempts to reach you via landline and customer care line, we were left with no choice as to reach out.

Last week Thursday when I enquired about our order, which was the first time this year I was able to get hold of Bakels, I was told our order was dispatched for delivery Friday last week.

No confirmation was received. The assistant that I spoke with, said that she was told to tell us that the order has been dispatched,(which we have not received.) should we call to enquire. She was also unable to explain why our emails went unanswered.

We find the poor customer service and lack of communication extremely frustrating.

We even tried ordering bigger quantities in an attempt to avoid having to go through frustration on a monthly basis.

This unprofessional treatment we are receiving from BAKELS is a recurring event and there has been no attempt in fixing the problem or replying on any of our complaints( or even our request to place an oder).
