Bad Service

I am now fed up with Bakels, we have now been trying for a week to get prices out of Bakels on baking products with no success, are we just to small that we dont matter to them because we want to order in small quantities????? The customer service sucks, first my friend went there and she was just told to send a e-mail NO HELP, so the next day I send Sylvia a e-mail and she was not helpfull at all, so she gave me contact details for Dawid Fourie and also from him we have not heard anything or gotten a quote,we are trying to make a plan here to earn more money as it is tough out there but app we are not important enought for Bakels to even get back to us with a quote really not happy with them <br>
