Worst service and rude owner

With calling an orser in and being told it can be collected withing 25 min. I ended up waiting an additional 20 min inside the shop. 4 people asked me my name and nobody gave me an update. In tgis time 4 other customers came and left. When asking for the owner i was told that he is not on the premises. When i got enraged. The short man i had an arfument with said he was the owner but when i tried speaking to him earlier he just walked away. I a ****ed at the service received.
