Bad service

We ordered a toasted cheese sandwich and we go two slice of toast with nothing on and two slices of toast with a piece of individual slice cheese on it but it was not even melted.phoned to let them know about this and they said they will speak to management about and that way it and they call us back that was on Saturday night its Tuesday and still waiting for refund,apology or something.
