Definitely yes.
A former employee of ACCESS PROPERTY GROUP a gentleman by the name of Eddie Baird who also operates under Honey@Home is a ******** of note. In February 2019 he recruited me to come work with him as an intern. He then asked me R2900 which he said was for my registration with the estate agency board. I paid him the money. Our working relation was quite good or so I thought. Then he asked me to help him with the rental for a property he occupied in Van Dyk Park (Boksburg). I gave him R8000. Continuing with our work I brought in a deal i.e. a buyer and a seller for a property in Palm Ridge which Eddie Baird signed up and took it the reputable conveyoncers in Boksburg for registration. In the process he approached them for an advance on commission. In July the property got registered and the pay out took place. Eddie Baird refused to pay me my part of the commission nor did he pay back the money he borrowed from me. The registration with the estate agency board never happened either. Mr Eddie Baird then relocated back to Heidelberg which is now where he resides and operates as an estate agent. Dear South Africans please be warn of this elderly gentleman as he's cunning and a smooth talker. Also check his previous company i.e. employer (ACCESS PROPERTY GROUP )
