Refusal to pay full Deposit after moving at Bains Game Lodge

I moved into Bains in 2019 towards end of the year. Moved out end of Jan 2024 and did my inspection with the rude agent. Inspection form confirmed that I would not be charged for painting as everything looked good and only the 2 nails on the wall left by the previous tenant would be confirmed. Now that I have to get my money back, I get sent a bill with added things that they will deduct, including painting. To which I sent proof to the agent that my place wasn't painted besides the water damage which doesn't fall on my account. To this day, I am still waiting for my money, their agent is very rude and has no sense of working with people. All I want is my Deposit back. They don't even deserve one star.
