Horror stay BAINS LODGE BLOOEMFONTEIN

<p>We booked through booking.com for 3 nights 14/10/2016 to 16/10/2016. Upon arrival ee discovered all these "animals" previously hunted welcoming us in the reception area. Disgusting to say the leat. We asked whether the hotel has room service and wee told "yes the rooms are cleaned daily". The set up at this facility is that of a hostel with permanent students renting flats/rooms. Very noisy. Dirty. Did not have enough towels in their so called suite. Neglected. Cannot believe that booking.com is assocated with this place. No security. Will not recommend anyone to stay here. Does not meet 3 star rating.</p>
