total disappointment

Dear Baic SA I would like to express my total disappointment in this brand and franchise on the Baic x55 purchased in October 2023. this vehicle was purchased in Bran new and being fully serviced by the Audi Pinetown town branch from bran new (no missed intervals)

it's being 2 months now that my vehicle has being missing jerking and doing all funny things while mobile on the road.

this vehicle has been booked in multiple times and the results "we cannot find any issues with the gear box"

then we need to re-run tar setting and it will be okay.

i had to personally drive this vehicle to Audi center with the technician who then obtained video footages of the vehicle jerking and missing sounding like the gearbox is going to break and till date 06 October 2025 I am still waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. Still awaiting a courtesy car as I'm continuously told there are no available vehicles. am I supposed to continue driving this vehicle putting both myself my family and other road users at risk yet still pay my monthly installments for this car?

can I please urgently get feedback on the above as I will be escalating this further due to the lack of interest and support by this so-called BAIC franchise

The vehicle is left at the service centre test drive upon test drive yet the technician had been in the van physically obtained videos of the issue yet still awaiting a decision.pathetic after sales and service from this franchise .
How much more petrol must I fill how much more videos must be taken for the problem to be resolved this is now the 5th time this car is back in for the same problem and same results ( trying to find the problem)

I need answers

This vehicle brand has been nothing short of a disappointment. Sales were excellent when it came to selling the vehicle, but the after-sales support and technical assistance have been completely unacceptable.
Since 2025, I have been going back and forth with ongoing issues. It started with a gearbox problem that was only addressed after repeated complaints—there was no initiative from the service centre or dealership to resolve it proactively.
Thereafter, I was informed that the brakes needed skimming in 2025, followed by brake pad replacements in December 2025. Despite all of this being done, the vehicle continued to present safety concerns, including persistent noises while driving. Each time, I was reassured that everything was fine and that all bolts were torqued correctly.including a long distance trip with family to cape town and back .
However, in January 2026 on my return to durban, it was discovered that the engine mounting bolts were loose—something that should never have been missed. During a later service in 2026, I was told the caliper guide pins required lubrication, which was done, yet the noise returned within a day. I am now being told that the brake discs need to be replaced.
This ongoing pattern shows a complete lack of urgency and accountability. These are critical safety components—braking system faults directly put lives at risk. Yet I am repeatedly sent away with a vehicle that does not feel roadworthy.
This has been a total waste of money, marked by poor workmanship, lack of proper diagnostics, and complete disregard for customer safety. The after-sales service is unacceptable, and confidence in this brand is completely lost.
