Malfunctioning Baic X55

Hi I just had an incident with a brand new BAIC X55 PREMIUM. I took the car for it's first 15 000 km service on Friday 3rd of May 2024. Now yesterday the 4th of may 2024. The car just stoped in the middle of the road while I was driving. It locked all the windows, doors and sunroof. I just died with no power. I had to smash the windscreen to get out of it as I was already suffocating. I couldn't find help from BAIC as call were not answered. AA refused flat out to come and help.

I called the sales person from baic and he also said he is not going through with AA or anyone who could help. I had to source a flat back as it was getting late since the accident happened around 12 midday. The car couldn't start at all and still doesn't. Now I have to wait for Monday.
