Failing to take responsibility and Poor customer service

I’m so angry and and disappointed with this company, i bought a baic beijing 15 august 2023 first of all when i bought this car they gave it to me with 1/4 tank fuel they even refused to reimburse the fuel that i bought in my trade and when you buy a new vehicle from them there’s no appreciation nothing no flowers ,champagnes and so ever its only pen and a diary the freebees

Secondly , after a month the car started to leak from the engen and i was told it was cooler and the engen was overheating, I called my sales representative Naic Kempton park where i bought this car n he told me to go to Baic Brynston the nearest and the car had a problem with the radiator fan and the system was not updated when i bought it from Kempton park and they gave it to me like that. I tried calling Baic kempton park for more than an hour as i was waiting for them to loan me a vehicle and they claimed that its Baic Brynston who supposed to assist me they cannot give the vehicle and Brynston said its them that supposed to assist me, i had luggages in the car im from home with my 2 kids 😡😡 I struggled just after i bought a car 2 months ago ……. With my brandnew car i got stuck in the road for quite sometime waiting for the engen to cool off 2 times is that fair???? They just made me to hate this car and this company i even regret buying this car shame that was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made and am gonna be stuck with this car and this company that i know it doesn’t want to take responsibility when it comes to these problems and its not even our problems as customers ….. i will have to take taxis up until my car is fixed but i have a brand new car is this fair??? I have kids in have to take them to school and go to work , if i could i was gonna return this car
