BAIC x55- BAD Purchase

I bought my Baic x55 end of December 2022. where to start

1. Getting the wrong Interior mats delivered (BJ 40 model) 2. The silver lining of the seats started peeling after a few months and No one could tell me what the next steps would be to get this fixed. (and have informed the dealership and asked every time my car went in for service... although still using the BJ 40 mats, which is the least of my problems now)

but the most important 3. My troubles started end of January 2024 so I basically had the car for 13 months. it seemed like every warning light this car had went on, notifications showing "please check ESP", "Sleep slope descent function failure", "automatic parking function malfunction". with these notifications, the aircon cuts out and starts blowing warm air and there were sometimes that the car loses power, like the turbo just shuts off. I contacted BAIC menlyn but they did not have a diagnostic tester at the time, so I asked them is it safe to even drive with all the lights on? They referred me to centurion BIAC and the technician there ran the diagnostics, said that they cleaned some sort of filter and that the sensor is getting dusty and that is causing all these warning notifications to pop up. so basically, that the sensors are sensitive... the warning signs were taken care of, and I was happy. After about 2 months it started again. my car had to go for a service anyway and I told them about the issues, but they did the service, and all the notifications went away again. Then it started to change seasons, and the weather got cooler, and I didn't notice anymore issues. But these last 3 months as the weather increased, the notifications and warning lights have been driving me crazy. and they come and go. I booked the car in again after a few days of constant beeping, notifications, aircon cutting out, car going into limp mode, the automatic slope break does not even work. We received first rains of the season the previous night and it was a cold Monday when I took in the car, and they drove the car, with NO warning notifications even popping up. I was so annoyed with this car, and they told me, can't do anything if the errors aren't there. I am now sitting with this car that chooses when it wants to work and not want to work. Be driving on the highway and all notifications go on, loose the aircon and power, even the flicker lights beep faster. Multiple times, I pull over, switch the car off and on again, then I can drive further. So, this is my life now with a car that's not even 2 years old (I have taken it in about 6/7 times including 3 services). I am a medical representative, and this car is my office, I am also not near a BAIC most of my days when this occurs, and by the time I head home it is late, next day car starts fine, when it gets hot, starts with its issues. Then I'm not close to a BAIC to check this for me or have time to stop and ask them to check, I have customers to get to. I do not know what to do anymore because I don't think BAIC even knows what is going on. It seems as if these cars can't tolerate high temperatures, and then you are stuck in a car without the option of an aircon. so, this is not a review on a specific branch/dealership ... It's the car overall!! If I could trade it in now, I would have.
