BAIC West Rand has no courtesy.

In 2023 I bought a BAIC Beijing from BAIC West Rand.

On 12 March 2025, while driving, the car made a horrible sound. I drove straight to the dealership where we service the car.

I live in the South of Johannesburg and although I bought the car in the West I service it in the South.

The dealership in the South advised that they must keep the car to run diagnostics. However, they did not have a courtesy car to give me.

I decided to approach the BAIC West Rand where I spoke to Mr. Jacques van den Berg.

Mr. van den Berg told me that although I bought the car at West Rand the fact that I was serving it in the South he was not willing the provide me with a courtesy car.
