Baic Roodepoort bad customer service

Horrible customer service from Baic Roodepoort, bought a baic x55 in May 2024 , customer service was ok till I signed the contract, sales person was Debbie who was extremely bad , to date I still haven't received the vehicle Manuel or service book , I l've called so many times even spoke to the store manager by the name of Jacque to resolve my matter but to date he is still to come back to me .Car went for 15k service but still no service book .worse part the vehicle is giving me problems, steering wheel is peeling off , the hand brake part is peeling off , brake pads are continuously failing me The car on the outside is perfect but wear and tear is bad , so is customer service from Baic Roodepoort.
