Baic Plumstead Poor Service

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Baic the Plumstead branch. The pre sales service has been absolutely pathetic to say the least. I have had to constantly contact the sales person requesting feedback. It has been over a week since I have submit my application to purchase this vehicle. I have constantly been promised timelines that have not been met. The constant excuse is they are short staff. If this is the kind of pre sales service Baic offers I am afraid to experience the post sales service. I would highly not recommend the PLUMSTEAD dealership.
