Bad experience with baic Beijing

I have bought new baic Beijing x55 elite which came with engine light on and im not getting any help now is due for service and at GMW haval rustenburg they telling me that they cant help me because they no longer offer a service for baic and they still waiting for new delarship which i don’t understand what to do at the moment
