baia restaurant...recipe for a disastrous evening.

I had made a booking for my fiance birthday .On my request, I was promised a special birthday table . I had phoned twice to make sure the plan is followed through . However this had no impact as I arrived to an ordinary table . Obviously very upset I spoke to the waiter who then spoke to the manger..I am disgusted that even after voicing my extreme disappointment,nothing was done to rectify the situation . Thank you Baia for messing up our very special evening . And a bigger thank you for proving your standards and concern for your supporter..you guys are unbelievably dissapointing
