Unhappy customer

I am only giving 2 stars for the price of the product plus free shipping...i placed my order on Friday evening, i never got confirmation nor received any updates via text messages as i had opted for that, i never received any info relating to my order until i had to enquire about my order,even then, i was not given a waybill no, just a message saying i will receive confirmation from the couriers. I had to go on the courier site myself and put in the order number to retrieve the waybill number so i can be able to track my order, your lack of communication and disregard for customer service are the reasons why i will not be buying you again, neither will i be recommending you to anyone. Thanks for the free shipping though?
