Poor Resolution - Correct Order Still not Delivered

I've had a very disappointing experience. The incorrect item was delivered and I've spent a week chasing them to get the correct item delivered. Assured the item would be delivered on the Thursday and no later than the Friday so I arranged for someone to be at the property both days, sadly nothing was delivered. I received some excuse that emails were down on Friday yet I'd also been communicating on Facebook where they also just went silent. I was asked for my telephone number several hours ago but have received no calls or messages.

I understand that mistakes happen but the least that can be done is the fair management of expectations so that I don't sit here wondering whether the brand is legit or not and whether I will be receiving my order or not.

I certainly won't be in a hurry to support them again.
