DISGUSTED!!

Bought a lot from these people all was fine until I requested a Refund from Goods which I was not satisfied with.They NEVER reply to Emails and after a week of not having received a response to my Refund Request, I phoned and while I was still telling the Person who answered the phone the problem that I had already sent 4 Emails and NO RESPONSE, she just simply put the Phone done. The goods were eventually collected and it is another week later and 3 Emails later and NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND. Pathetic Service, I have since canceled a pending order for more goods. NEVER AGAIN, Pathetic Service!
