disappointed

I make use of bagbro motors very often to fill my petrol,check my oil n water etc, for this past few weeks I have a problem with my wheel and need to pump it daily, today the petrol attended refused to help me and told me to fix my wheel. I feel completely disgusted in this attitude and treatment because I had to wait to be served, as a client that makes use of your service I am very unhappy because who gives this petrol attended the right to treat me like this, secondly does he know my circumstances and thirdly would he treat his family in this way!
