Poor after-sales service – 30 incorrect items, unresolved for 2 weeks.
I placed a bulk order with Bagazio, but 30 of the bags delivered were printed incorrectly. It has now been over two weeks since I raised this issue, and I am struggling to get any feedback regarding when my replacements will be issued. The initial ordering process was fine, but the after-sales customer service has been highly disappointing. I need urgent feedback and a resolution to this matter.
