PAYMENT: LION FEEDING

I paid in advance R600 (3 persons) to attend the lion feeding on 25 April 2015. The owner informed me that lion feeding will be at 11:00 and when we went to the indicated place. The lady at the restaurant informed us that Shereen the owner took her children to netball and there will be no animal feeding at that time. I phoned Shereen that evening and she confirmed that the R600 will be EFT to my banking account. I have also 'n whattsap message to confirm this. After numerous phone calls (she always says she is busy but will do it tomorrow), I am still awaiting for the refund.
