ORDERED AND PAID FOR GOODS- NO DELIVERY OR RESPONSE

I ordered and paid for industrial strength bags they advertise on their website. I was promised delivered on several occasions. Since 2 weeks ago none of my emails, calls or Whatts App's have been ignored. No response.
