Disgusting Customer Service6

My experience of this store was terrible. I purchased two items and returned one within a space of two days. The store sells Bags and shoes in Pietermaritzburg. When I purchased the items, I explained the purpose of which they we were bought. Unfortunately one item did not fit the purpose of why it was bought and I then requested a refund.

When I requested a refund. The sales lady advised me for the first time of their none refund policy. When I queried this and asked to speak to management she become very rude and verbally attacked me. I then lodged a complaint with managent via email. A reply was recieved but to my surprise, the tone of the email recieved from management trivilised my experience. It failed to adress the concerns with the treatment I received nor give an indication of the steps it would be taking to ensure that none of their customers suffers the abuse I endured. To conclude. Do not spend your hard earned money on this store. Thier return policy is inflexible, their sales lady is rude and the manager enables and condones the behavior of his staff.
