Bag City is a ****

It's a **** please don't order from this place. They use the business address 150 Linden street Sandown,Jhb for reference. I placed an order 17th December and still havent received my order and there's no communication. They don't reply to emails and their phone number doesn't go through. I managed to get hold of them via Whatsapp and all they did was ask me for my order number and that was it.
