Bafo supplements order not received

Good day I did purchase the product online a week ago and still waiting for it to be delivered with no success. I did send emails and try to phone them with no success. The office location is 162 Rissik Road, Johannesburg, but they not in the building as well. Anyone who can assist with the contact details please share it.
