Disappointed

My grandfather passed away on thursday 25 June 2015. My grandfather was not shaved nor dressed when we went to see him in the mortuary. Our pamphlets where printed an hour before we all went to church and was full of spelling mistakes and rhe wording was not what we had chose. When the service was done he called my uncle and said that my grandfathers grave is not digged yet but he was telling other family member he thought it was a cremation. He left with my grandfathers coffin with mu grandfather inside to make arrangements. After and hour we where allowed to go to the grave. He arrived with another vehicle how do we know if my grandfatHer was in that coffin? The wrong flowers was also on his coffin. After the burial me and my aunt went to see Christo to tell him that we are very upset about the funeral and our whole family are extremely emosionaly broken about all the faults at the funerals. He said he will go and take my grandfathers coffin out the grave, I meen we dont need this after the funeral. He said that he agree to all the mistakes he couldnt even look us in the eyes. I am really very upset that this is the last thiught of my grandfather.
