Taking money and refuse to help what you paid for

I launched a complain about my phone being billed I even send then screenshots and they want me to contact telkom to get a statement of my account. I mean I don't have a contract simcard and they don't keep bills on prepaid simcards. I lost now my money and they are not willing to assist with what I provide them with. Isn't this ridiculous? Omg
