NIGHTMARE!!!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! So I received a screenshot of a profile with my picture, age and basically a lot of things I like on it, and freaked out a little. The seriousness of this however hit me and I contact Badoo. The feedback was basically that if I don't have the email address, the URL or any additional info (which I sent and they don't look at), they cannot find the profile or help me remove it! I am furious, livid - how are you, the creator, not able to find a profile someone created **********ly?!?

This to me is completely unacceptable. I have no words.
