Glitchy system locks you out of profile

It forced me out of my profile to verify phone number and every verification code I was putting in was correct but it insisted it was incorrect, over and over again. Glitchy and incorrect system. Now they have my phone number, email and details and won't even let me into my profile because their system doesn't work. Pathetic.
