Badoo *****s money!

Badoo has been *****ing from me essentially. I bought credits today to use, and got only less than half the value that was promised on app. Suppose to get 900 but got only fricken 400. I've still got payments that have gone through from my side but doesn't reflect in Badoo. I've sent 7 messages to "customer care" with no response what so ever! Now the last straw was me paying for 200 more credits only to see I got 100, how is this justified??? Even though I paid the amount for 200. Now upon entering back in I see my 100 credits have magically disappeared. I'm extremely disappointed in this and upon research I see I'm not the only victim in this regard and nuptials users haven't been contacted or had their problem fixed. I would've give Badoo a zero star if I could. Their customer service staff needs to be fired, this is the worst services I've ever ever ever experienced in my entire life. Badoo is a theif!
