Bad Girl watch

I got a Bad Girl watch set from my son for Christmas, wore the watch once and the pin slipped out, took the watch back to Edgars they fixed it on Site last week I decided to wear the watch and once again the same thing happened luck for me I heard the watch fall otherwise it would of been gone.

The part I don't understand is that Edgars at The Glen won't replace the watch they keep saying they must send it for repairs I mean really if it keeps breaking in the same place can you not see we have a problem

This is the first Bad Girl watch set I have ever owned and to be honest will never recommend to buy there stuff to anyone
